It is not a case of, if we can fix it, but if you should have it repaired. We always evaluate shoes to determine if the customer will get full value from the repair. (We may recommend not repairing.)WE WORK with shoe retailers for customer repairs, minor repairs to repair factory flaws and adjust new shoes to meet our customer needs.
