Probably the worst, and rudest, customer service agent I've ever dealt with. Can't get a call back regarding a quote , and when I call to question what's going on, I'm told I can't be helped and then hung up on. An absolute stain on the city of Wadsworth... This was the SECOND time I've tried doing business with this company, and TWICE I've never gotten followup service after my initial phone call. I was actually told that the owner was too busy to make a three minute phone call to me to set up a quote. As a business owner myself, I would fire my assistant in a second if they ever told a potential customer something that absurdly stupid. Happily taking my business elsewhere - FOR A SECOND TIME.

Do not go here.. Tried to,fix windshield crack.. 50 dollars still the same. Terrible
