I have been a customer for a number of years, but their new(ish) office staff "lost" my file when I went in recently, but they had my insurance info and last visit date despite assuring me that I had never been there before and had to start from scratch with paperwork. After my contact exam they told me that it had been less than a year (with no records, amazing!) and I would probably have to pay for it out of pocket since insurance only covers yearly exams. Then 5 weeks later when I stop in to see if they've arrived, they tell me that they tried to call multiple times, but the number I gave them didn't work. I asked for the number, they gave me my current cell number which works for everyone (but them it seems.) Don't like being lied to; will not ever go back and would highly discourage anyone from patronizing this business!

I was very unhappy with the service from this business. They tried to scam me and until I spoke with my insurance company did they comply with what I originally wanted. They lie to you about the status of your glasses. They first told me my glasses havn't come in yet, a month later they weren't even ordered and another month later they didnt have my measurments!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE, I am going to have a baby in June and would like to be able to see my child!!! Thanks for nothing midwest! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
