Went to this store to pick up one item. A shop press. After spending over an hour in the store waiting for the employees to get the thing up to the register I was met by one of the rudest cashiers ever. She then starts in about getting warrenties, how to save 20% by buying a membership and trying to just sell me stuff that at this point could have cared less about. After getting the thing to my truck I opened one of the boxes that looked like it had been taped up. Found one part was for sure missing. So back in the store to wait some more. The part was brought out and I FINALLY was able to go on about my day. Once I got ready to assemble the thing found that one of the angle iron pieces was missing. There was no way I was going to drive 40 miles one way to try and get this piece so I fabricated my own out of some scrap angle iron. Sent email to Harbor Freight and still have not recieved a responce about the awfull customer service and the fact that pieces was missing. Never again shall I purchase from this company.
