I shopped in the Ladies Department on July 4th and was beautifully assisted by Nancy Rountree. She was friendly and went out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for. I will look for Nancy the next time I'm in the store. :-)

I had a very pleasant experience with exchanging a perfume gift at Dillard's. Spray perfumes are not for me and I can only use lotion or cream. When the nice associate scanned the barcode it would not accept it. She called in her manager and I was so embarrassed when she told me the item was a Valentine gift set and here it is December! My, how the days flew by since my Birthday in February. Ha, I'm at that age, I guess, and since I had the gift in my closet (still in Dillard's bag), I forgot about it. With the item still in mint condition and the barcode intact, they honored my exchange and I was thrilled to get my large lotion and surprisingly a gift card for the remainder of the gift value. My Birthday gift is now a Christmas gift, too. How sweet it that?!
