Do not take their word for anything. We had put down $2000 on a unit with the understanding repairs would be made and new tires would be put on unit prior to us picking it up a week later. We called them two days before pick up to let them know exactly when we would be there and that we did have financing in place. Tires were replaced with the $2000 and that was all that had been done when we went to pick it up. Spent the whole day there waiting on the repairs, was ignored by the owner but was asked twice by his wife to sign the papers (which we would not do until unit was in sellable condition with agreed upon repairs completed). We live two hours away so could not just run home while they made the repairs. We had been told by the owner and his dad that it was being sold "as is" and they would not do anything to it once it left the lot so we wanted it right before we took it. At 4:00 pm (Friday) the service man told us they could not get the leveling jacks to stay down, the sensor in the holding tank wasn't fixed, the interior had not been cleaned, the distorted right side mirror had not been replaced and I'm not sure if the other repairs had been made satisfactorily because we had to leave to visit our son in the hospital in Ft. Wayne. We told them to keep working on it and we would be back the next day to get it. After talking it over that evening, we decided we were afraid of purchasing the unit because of the problems with it and not having any warranty at all. When we called Mike, the owner, to tell him we did not feel comfortable with the unit and that we would like our money back., he asked if we would wait until it sold before sending us the check. Not wanting to put him in a bind and knowing he would have an easier time selling it with new (instead of original 2003) tires, we stupidly agreed. The unit sold within a month but when we called to see when to expect the check, our calls were ignored. We left numerous messages and called many times only in vain because Mike would not return calls. Finally we filed a complaint with the BBB. He was given almost 3 weeks to respond but that time has come and gone. Mikes' word is not worth anything - he's good as long as things are going his way but if you are a disgruntled or unhappy customer, he wants nothing to do with you
