Overall, the staff is friendly. The buildings are older, so there has been some on and off termite damage issues, but the management team assured me they would be making the necessary repairs. I've since moved from this location, but positives I can highlight are that when there is an issue brought to the attention of the management team, they will take necessary action to remedy the problem as quickly as they can, the landscape always looks great, and you will get at least one assigned parking spot.

This place is awful and the management company is worse. They don't care about their community or their staff. I actually feel sorry for the people who work here because their management company doesn't back them up. Playgrounds are a hazard, our BBQ's within the community are broken and missing, parking is horrible and the CRIME rate is so high! Street Walker's, drug dealers and thieves everywhere! Don't be fooled by the gates. Office staff has battled with management to make positive changes and management could care less. I've been told that they have been authorized to treat 1 building a month for roaches! In the meanwhile the residents collect cans on their patios/balconies, store garbage and cleaning supplies. I mean stuff higher than the railing piled up! Residents here are ignorant. They throw trash all over, kids in diapers running around with siblings too young to know what to do in an emergency much less defend themselves and most don't even speak English.

Don't rent here really bad!!!!There's trash every where outside ,It's very loud with many kids running around , They have roaches in the apartments
