"we're all about cuts that rock" is not true. It really depends on who you go to over there. If your hair stylist does not smile and does not seem happy don't let her cut your hair. I learned the hard way. She did not seem concerned at all about the result and I a day later...I'm almost tempted to go back in there and give my feedback. I absolutely hate my hair now. Thanks a lot!
