I was looking for Alex & Ani bracelets so I called & the girl that answered the phone was very sweet & was familiar with this line & they had the one I was wanting. I went to the store & they had a wonderful selection to choose from. I was helped by Laura & she was amazing. She helped me find exactly what I was wanting to purchase as a gift & a little something for me. She cleaned my rings while she had my gift wrapped for me & gave me a bottled water. This experience exceeded my expectations!! Great staff, great customer service!! I will be back soon!!
