LIVE SCAN: I have been coming here for the past 3-4 years for various needs. I most recently came in to have a Live Scan done to be a Volunteer. I was so very please with the customer service. My Live Scans are always super difficult as my body temp runs high causing my hands to sweat. Its super embarrassing. The owners took their time with me and even brought ice packs for my hands and a fan to get the best readings of my fingerprints. My fingerprints cleared within 2-3 business days. Their professionalism meant a lot to me.

Yong Choi, who runs the photography side of the business, restored an antique photo for me. I had consulted several photo restoration businesses in Visalia and none were able to provide the work locally. Upon my inquiry with Yong, he was optimistic and confident with his ability to completely reproduce the photo using modern technology. If photo restoration is a must for you, I highly recommend Yong for this professional type of service.

We finally have a locally owned store in the neighborhood that does it all! Everytime I go there I am impressed with the services and the guy is an awesome photographer and can produce very nice artwork for home and businesses. I recommend this place to people and business owners who would like same day business. Very nice people.

I have been a customer of this business since the day they opened. I use most of their services and purchased many of their items. The owners are very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. I have enjoyed every visit to this store.

I went to have some important letter Faxed and the gentleman working was very nice and kind, helped me get my important letter sent. I highly recommend Copy Pack N Ship to everyone.

I went for finger prints the lady was rude and filled out the paperwork with the wrong information. Called a few weeks later to fix it the husband said he could not do anything. Went back to the store and was able to fix it. Stay away from this place. Both people are difficult

Called to make sure they LiveScan was told yes, come in anytime. I should up and the lady who does it wasn't there, told to come back in 3 hrs. So I did and she was acting like I was putting her out. Really short with me. I also needed to mail some packages, they told me they couldn't non of their computers were working. No sorry just said try later. I won't be back

I went in today to get a document notarized and the lady was curt, and rude. When I told her that her attitude towards me could be kinder she did a little laugh and then her husband came out and said "How nice do you want her to be?" I said "Look it matters how you address your customers"'they did another little laugh and I told them "No big deal, I can go somewhere else to get this notarized." The man then responded "Go ahead, we don't need your business!" I don't think it's too much to want to be treated kindly when you go into a business and I support local businesses all the time...but if you don't 'need' or even care if you have my business, neither do I. I will go where people are nice and care about that simple, but impactful gesture that is kindness.

Dont go here if you want to be treated well. My wife went in for a simple document notarization and was treated in a very condescending manner because she didnt know the name of a form. My wife told them they could be nicer and that the way the say things matter. They became extremely rude at this point and she told them I'll just go somewhere else. They said "fine we don't need your business" as they laughed. surprising in this economy that there are still businesses that can't understand the simple basics of customer service. go elsewhere, there are plenty of notaries in Visalia.
