I had lived at this location for a while, when it was time for me to move on, I have given my proper notice to move. 3 days before I was to hand in keys I had started to deep clean the apartment from top to bottom. Now, I do work for apartments and I can tell you that all this apartment needed was for carpet to be cleaned, but the apt was perfect! Not only did they keep the deposit, but they charged me a lot of money when I moved out. The apt had new carpet, freashly painted walls, no holes anywhere. It was so clean someone could have moved in there the next day. So I would say to the company that you should be more fair. ripping off people is just wrong!!
