I appreciate being notified about when the service will be provided. The service keeps my lawn free of weeds and is well fed. Techs are friendly and helpful.

Since TruGreen has taken over my lawn, it has improved immensely. TruGreen reps/technicians are always looking out for my interests in the proper care and treatments to be followed. even the telephone reps are ready to help, advise, or whatever to assure I get the highest level of customer service and attention. Recently, my tech reported an outbreak of dallisgrass. I was advised on a course of action to prevent further disruptions to the turf.

The most recent visit was just one in a series which adjusts the treatment to my lawn's seasonal needs. My lawn has improved over time and is thicker and consistently greener than prior to engaging TruGreen. The recommendations provided by the lawn care specialist are useful and informative. Since I am on a plan, there is no scheduling issue as TruGreen always calls me prior to servicing my lawn and is flexible in rescheduling, if needed, and in providing additional visits if I want them to address a specific issue of concern. The TruGreen service make care of my lawn esy.

Our technician has performed admirably. The yard is the best in our neighborhood by far. Keep up the good work!

Having now completed three years of full service lawn care, I am impressed with the overall look and color of my lawn. Bare spots and weeds are gone and the lawn is blush with green grass, even during the winter months.

my experience with TruGreen is pretty much seamless. I rarely have any contact wtih representatives, but If I do they are always extremely helpful. Bill Cutler is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

I concur 100% with the previous reviewer. There is no such thing as a local number through which you can talk to the local provider. All calls go through a central switchboard and the enthusiasm - or lack thereof - of the operator makes you feel as if your message is immediately going into a vast abyss. And if follow up is any indication, that's exactly where it does go. I had three different appointments for someone to come take a look at an issue I was having with my lawn and no one ever showed up. I would NEVER recommend Tru Green to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Non responsive and no way to contact actual provider directly (all calls go to a national switchboard). They dont return calls - in spite of the fact I made numerous calls to the national number and talked to reps at national location expressing the problems I was having, dont show up for scheduled appointments (when they "claim" was a date one was set up for), and do not respond to customer pleas for service (after numerous phone calls to them, and more than a month of wait time - was forced to take lawn care into my own hands). They promise to retreat your lawn within 48 hours of a call for service . . . . what do you think the odds are of getting that service given what I experienced?
