I bought a Groupon for Tornado carpet cleaning and scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out to have my carpets cleaned the day before turning in the keys at my apartment. I had an appointment from 11-1 and after no one showing up by 12, I called and left a message asking for someone to call as soon as possible. Then again at 1, I called and left another message that no one showed up and I needed my carpets cleaned to turn in the keys to the apartment complex the next day. So my appointment came and went with no one showing up and no returned calls or explanation! I ended up scrabbling to find another company and paying 3 times the cost to have someone come out that evening for me. The company finally called several hours later stating they could come out and do, but by then I already contacted Groupon for a full refund and notified them of the business. This was a complete inconvenience and I do not recommend this company to anyone!

They arrived on time and cleaned my 6 year old sofa and area rug in about 1 hour. After they were done both looked brand new!

I wanted my carpets cleaned before Christmas. I looked around and found theses guys online and on Groupon. I called and was able to get service next day. The guy that came did a great job in my opinion. I've used other companies before and this one by far was the best. Great price and great results. Will use again.

I scheduled an appointment for Friday 06/08/12 between the hours of 2-4pm. At 4:15 the technician still was not at my house. I had taken a half day off of work to meet him. I called the office several times and he was still an hour away from my house. He finally arrived at 5:40 and walked around house and offered to charge us MORE for heavy traffic areas. When he finally got started on the carpet, you could clearly tell he was rushing through the job! He was not hitting the corners and edges and kept on saying that our carpet was already really clean. It barely looks like he cleaned the carpet at all. There was no deoderizer as stated on the groupon. The technician never apologized for being late! I missed a 5:30 appointment because of this company. To top it all off, the technician smelled really bad and I had to spray febreze after he left to get the smell out of my house! This was a huge dissapointment and i'm requesting my money back!
