Curtis Markham — 0 stars The biggest mistake I made was coming to TNT Tinting and spending my money.
When I went to TNT I specifically asked for tint that would be legal in North Carolina and Rico at the front desk assured me that's what I was getting, so I let them tint my car and my girlfriends car.
HE LIED !!! The tint he put on our cars IS NOT LEGAL in North Carolina.
When I contacted TNT about the problem today the owner Thomas Boozel gave me two choices, they would either take the tint off for free and let me take the $ 378 loss, because that's what it cost me to tint two cars, or they would retint both cars with different tint for $50 each.

I shouldn't have to pay them to fix their mistake !!

Now my only way to recoup my loss is to take Mr. Boozel to small claims court and sue him, which I fully intend to do because I'm filling out paperwork right now.

I advise anyone who reads this to THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH TNT Tinting because if there's a problem they will not stand behind their work unless you spend more money.

BAD Product, Even Worse Service
The manager and owner are rude and arrogant. The LIFETIME WARRANTY that is offered does not cover anything. They say they will fix it if the tint bubbles or peels, but there are stipulations. I definitely do NOT recommend this place, because I guarantee that you are wasting your money and time arguing with them. They offer horrible service and even worse product. The tint WILL FADE is less than a few years and you will have to get it redone, but again their warranty does not cover fading. You'll be happy at first when you get your car tinted, but it is not worth it because you will have PROBLEMS with your tint!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I was no t happy with the service that I call the police to come out.my car was a mess on the inside did Not wipe off the water off my Seats left water on all four doors.one of the guys also burn or melt my leather inside The back door.the manager did nothing about it

Absolute worst tint job I've ever recieved. TNT might be cheaper but that's for a reason.

The worst service I have ever had. I went there when they first opened. I had a station wagon and wanted legal tent. The tent they used didn't even look like they tinted it at all. Dirt, hair and bubbles all over. I went 4 years later thinking they would have got things more proper. Wrong again. My Camaro was getting 2% tint. They put 20% on instead, and claiming it was 2% also they refused to give me a sales slip cause of the tent. The best part was they used electrical tape on the outside of my window to cover up what they couldn't do on the inside. They could have used tent tape. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The only place that offers financing for getting your car looking lovely. HIghly recommend them for your tinting needs. reasonable pricing. I called other shops and was quoted almost double what TNT was quoting.

Got 3 tickets on my Mercedes for dark tint. For a reasonable price TNT lightened the Tint on my vehicle. Forget all the rest this place is the BEST.

Stopped in this morning after the graveyard shift. The manager said i can take a nap while i waited. He woke my up about and hour later. My car went through a huge transformation! Tint really sets off the car. Come here so your ride won't look like a fishbowl. I highly recomend TNT.

I am so happy with my new tinted windows on my BMW. I love my car so much more, now it looks so sexy.... I have told three of my friends about TNT and we all love our tinted windows!!! Great job and great service!!!

I had my truck tinted with platinum back in 2003 and my tint still looks good so I figured I would take my new truck in there to have it done. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door, told to put whatever I wanted on TV, that my truck was gonna be pulled in immediately. 2 guys jumped on my truck and it was done and gorgeous in 33 minutes, yes, I timed them (they had told me 45 minutes). The waiting room was clean and inviting and the staff was helpful and informative. I will continue to go to TNT with all of my vehicles and highly recommend their proffesionalism and product.

i was hesitant after reading the reviews. I picked this place anywayz cause my buddy highly recommended it. I can honestly say they demonstrated quality service with my car. I got a ticket because my tint was to dark. These people were able to take off the tint on my car and replace it with legal tint. They really helped me out. I give it 5 stars!

I went to TNT this past Saturday and had them tint my new MINI! They were extremely helpful while helping me pick out the right color and shades of film, and my car looks great! Also, I got to break my payment out over 45 days so I didn't have to put any money down on Saturday and could time the payments with my paychecks. I would recommend TNT to my family and friends for a great tint job at a good price.
