I have tried numerous products from this company and they all seem to just be junk. After my latest experience with the recliner with "Canopy" I am truly done with Swimways aka Kelsyus. The Canopy is ridiculous and the recliner deteriorates rapidly (as to all of the other products I have tried). The customer rep at Swimways was right but rude when she said, if you dont like the products why do you buy them. Very helpful NOT! Maybe its shame on me for making more than one purchase of their junk products but I sure have learned my lesson.

Swimways has been a customer of mine for about 12 years. They run a clean and very safety conscious business. Employees are professional and respectful. Also, I have never had any problems with their products.
