This restaurant is a fraud. I placed an order at 7:27 pm and did not receive it until 9:48 pm. They spelled my name wrong and also did not include my room number in the delivery. So, my food sat at the front desk for over an hour. They were to provide me with fresh food and all they did was pick up the food from the front desk forty-five minutes prior to delivering again. It had signs of re-warming in the oven and the sour cream was the consistency of clarified butter. The woman that took the order was a bubble head and the manager I had spoken with previously did not want to come back to the phone once I had called back about the food and how I had known that it was not fresh, he put her on the phone to charade as the manager. Pathetic, ridiculous and such a disgrace to customer service. Go not patron this place as they only care about the dollar.
