I have had a very negative experience with smoke shack.on june 28,2016. I used a debit card which they said didn't go through,so I went to bank and got cash.On june 29,2016 my account was charged 50.12 for the transaction that didn't go through.The ladies at the store on little creek have been send info for last 2 months to office at 1347 lynnhaven parkway.I have talked to two people there that say they will give info to owner.over two months and no money,not even a return phone call to explain.
be very wise not to use credit card,cause if you get charged it will be very hard to get refund.
