Disappointing Experience - Lost article.

Took dirty clothes in 3 bags to be washed and folded on Saturday 10 May 2014. Picked up later that evening (6PM). On unpacking back at home, noted one pair of missing jeans - my best pair. Called the owner and explained what had happened. She said such a loss is "not possible." I said that "nevertheless, it did happen." She said she would look around for it and call me back but, 5 days later, no call back. I have also confirmed that there are no missing jeans around the house. I recommend that you go elsewhere for wash-and-fold service.
