Only four people on her own Facebook gave her a great review and one of them was herself with a 5 star rating ! mostly one star..and only because it does not allow for zero's ! Does that not tell you something about Wanda? I called there at 4:30 on a Tuesday...the day the Living Social coupon expired and was told "too late I am closed".(And when I said I had never heard of a place closing at 4:00 as she told me...she said it is on the brochure and on the door and on the recording...well Wanda I am looking at my Living Social deal and that is all I have to go on since I have never been to your door yet nor seen your brochure!)... I explained calmly to Wanda that my daughter had called in on the 14th and was told she could not be fit in for her mani-pedi until June 27th ! Fully three days after the "deal" ended. ..and a full thirteen days in the future ! How absurd ! I repeated that we were told we couldn't be fit in for about 2 weeks and she repeated that was just not so..then we were 'disconnected" the first time. I called back and asked if she had seriously just hung up on me?///she advised she had bad service on her work number !!!...sure .I explained my daughter could not do it this week because she is away at a camp and was told again we could use the face value. Well I asked why it could not still be honored since she was booked for a full 13 days. She told me that was 'just not true' and even today she has appointments open before the 27th. So I inquired if she was saying that basically my daughter and I are liars..I asked her if she was going to check with the other person that works there.and she said... "I am sorry you are so disappointed and that you feel that way mam"..and I was "disconnected" again. I called back and left her a message..."get out of the customer service industry". Very rude and condescending interrupting me the entire time.

Do Not ever go there. I just called to book a apt and told the lady on the phone I had a groupon. I had bought two groupons so my daughter and I could get a pedicure done together. Well when I asked the lady on the phone if possible she said no, She said they only do one at a time, I said okay so you just have one person doing them. She said yes. I then asked how long the pedicure would take and she said 35 mins. which I felt was short for a pedicure so when I asked her to walk me through the steps she was going to do she listed them, I said okay so you wont be soaking the feet like a pedicure we are use to. She screamed that is all wrong and said Mam just call groupon and get your money back, i don't want you coming here. I am not sure where the whole thing went wrong, I would of been totally okay with her pedicure, I just wanted to know the steps, but I guess she didn't want me asking. VERY STRANGE!

This merchant is now located at the corner of Laskin Road and Virginia Beach Blvd, inside a spa. Just went here for scheduled appointment and owner started screaming that nobody should have scheduled her for a 4pm appointment on Friday, that she was a single mother, and to get out at top of her lungs. It was totally crazy, we were completely dumbfounded.

The salon is beautiful, but the people working there are not. They actually seemed bothered while working and never once did I see a person that looked happy to be there. The woman who serviced me was a grouch, and that is putting it nicely. The price does not match the work nor the service you receive.

Really nice atmosphere. The ladies are friendly and explain everything they are doing. Nice natural products being used. My nails have never looked better!!!
