This was the most horrible experience EVER. I booked a couples massage for me and my fiance a day after Valentines Day. I booked a week in advance. For starters I never received a email conformation as I was promised. The day of my appointment I was running a little behind due to traffic coming across the bridge. Going into the massage Im thinking its a hour as i scheduled. It was only for 30 mins. Im alittle upset at this point and when I go to pay ANGELICA the manager tried to charge me full price instead of for 30 mins which what i was given. Angelica said " Ill charge you 30 mins this time but when you come back their will be an ALERT on your acount that you owe us money" I cannot believe the lack of professionalism from this lady Angelica. Everything that she said to us was snoody and with a stuck up smirk on her face. I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! AND WILL NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. They will try and scam you in paying for something you didnt receive. I also spoke with the distric manger Mark and the only thing he said was he will talk to Angelica to not put an alert on the account. Very poor service no accomadations NOTHING. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
