This is by far the worst dentist ive ever been to. I walked in and the waiting area was old and dirty, there were stains on the floor and they had some church channel blaring. Te receptionist had a "ghetto" type of accent. They told me to be at least 15 minutes early, I was 30, and yet I still had to wait 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time because they girls were eating lunch. So why did I need to come early? That ended up being a 40 min wait time. Ive never had to do that. The hygienist must have JUST graduated because she tried to floss my teeth and did a terrible job, she couldn't even get in between my teeth and she missed about 8 on my lower jaw. She got floss stuck in one of my teeth and it took THREE people to take it out. Really? I floss my teeth quite often without any issues. When she polished them she only briefly touched the anterior and posterior portion of them, didn't bother getting any polish around my gum line or in between my teeth. When I asked questions about my x-rays she had no idea what was going on and didn't bother asking the doctor for help. DO NOT go here! You will be utterly disappointed in the care you receive.
