We used these guys before - once for business and once for storing our personal belongings. We have been happy with both transactions. The people are really a big help and they are the difference between jack rabbit and their competitors. It's one of the main reasons we keep coming back to store with them. TY

Affordable, efficient, and got the job done. We moved from a third floor apartment in a building into our new storage space; they were happy to help recommend the perfect size space that we would need to fill all of our stuff. Would use again.

I have been stationed at Norfolk Naval on a few different tours and each time I am out I use jack rabbit to store my car. They offer pretty decent rates, insurance and they have locked gates plus security on site. Recommend these guys if you need storage for your car or other.

I decided to use jack rabbit storage after a friend recommended them. They are a smaller, family owned business and I could tell by the quality of customer service. Many of the larger companies that I visited had the same old "corporate" attitude...it's just a job to them. Rental rates were competitive and they offered a first month special rate. I would at least check them out if you need storage before deciding on one of the big boys. A happy and new customer here.

Our company saved tons of money going storing with Jack Rabbit storage space. Very helpful people, they helped us get set up with a few storage spaces for our company equipment. All prices were just as advertised with no hidden costs, never any other issues. Recommended to all.

Nicest working couple at the location! Very knowledgeable about moving and storing. They gave us tips in great detail about packing and storing certain valuable items for the long term. They really seem to care about the work they do....it's rare these days.

Service was really good here- They provided me with a truck, explained the contract in detail, and offered a special price for the first months rent.. They answered all of my questions (even explained climate control storage) and were generally very helpful.

Best choice for me for storage. I had a "climate controlled" unit with another company and it was a pain! The price was high and it was a pain to move my stuff in and out of the building (last time for me). I checked out jack rabbit because friends recommended them to me. good choice...I pulled right up to my unit to unload and the rates were better. A recommendation for anyone needing storage...save yourself the hassle!

Had a couple of jack rabbit storage spaces over the last year and I have been very happy with the service. People go out of their way to help, the spaces and the lot are clean year round, the prices are good and they offer trucks on site to move. Thanks JR! JJ.
