Very happy with the level of customer service recieved here. These folks know how to treat people..they know good customer service! We'll send friends to store with them.

Place has easy pull up bays to load and unload. Good rates and it is very close to our apartment and even closer to my work. Thumbs up all around.

I have utilized jack rabbit storage in hampton roads on numerous occasions for a variety of my storage needs and have always had a positive experience. The storage units are clean and safe and the property is secure. The staff have been professional and very easy to work with. The prices are also very fair and competitive for the area with specials running often. I highly recommend using them.

Pure professionalism from the manager of this place. I have had to move multiple times in the area and this company is among the best that I have used. The manager gave great advice, storage tips and did whatever he could to make sure that my experience was a good one. The rates were quite reasonable, security gates, personnel and cameras are onsite. We used their moving truck to help us move into a 10x20 storage unit.! See jack rabbit to get it done right!

The people working here were super friendly; showed us the two units that we needed. My wife and I were very pleased to see that they offered a small box truck to use when you signed up to move it...we didn't have to rent one. Easy access to the gate; easy to pull up and drop off. Very simple and easy experience for us.

We were glad to find a local storage company who actually understood the basics of storage. We talked to another company who had no idea about how to pack items or they couldn't recommend a size space to us. A rare find in good customer service and knowledge. Many thanks to u!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! This week, we had an urgent situation where we had to move our stuff out the very next day. We called several places looking for storage and many places didn't answered the phone or return our urgent message. We then stopped by jack rabbit to see if they could help us. The managers were very nice and understanding. They gave us a tour of the lot and showed us a few spaces. We were able to move our stuff into a space within a couple of hours. Thank you sooo much for your help!

I had a fantastic buying experience with Jack Rabbit. I talked with John and finalized my reservation on Friday by the end of the business day. I had my new space that evening and moved in some of my stuff on Saturday! It was pain free, the process was easy and the rates are very good! Thanks a lot!

I'd have to say that my experience at jack rabbit was a good one. I checked with several different storage places to compare rates, service, use of a truck or equipment and other. This place met all of my needs. I pulled right up to my space and I was able to unload right off the truck (no going in and out of an elevator several times). A recommendation indeed.

My wife and I were extremely happy with the customer service we received from the managers at the jack rabbit on rosemont rd. There was a mix-up on the rates and specials offered but they did everything possible to resolve the issue in a timely manner. They both were friendly, helpful, very fair and accommodating. They followed up regularly to make sure we were satisfied with our storage space. We have highly recommended jack rabbit to neighbors and family.
