First Colonial High School is a college preparatory school that provides academic and social education to students in grades 9 through 12. The school offers educational classes in vocal and instrumental music, social studies, science, physical education, math, language arts and business education. First Colonial High School has a guidance department that counsels students regarding educational needs and personal problems, as well as provides information related to college placement and career planning. It organizes a range of athletic activities, such as cross-country, football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and field, wrestling and softball. In addition, the school has a library that promotes reading and lifelong learning skills.
