Provided by YP.comI hired EPIC to find someone for me. I gave my deposit upfront and was called only after a few days with them wanting more money. I did not get the results and only costed me more money and there is nothing ethical about the way they conduct their business! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!! Unless you have plenty of money to through away!!!
It is unfotuneate that this customer translated our appropriately estimated time and contract as to "wanting more money". We gave a clear estimate, put it into a contract and took a deposit towards that estimate to start the job we were hired to do. When it came time to make a payment towards the agreed upon contract so that we could complete the next phase of our investigation, after months of the customer not returning our calls; the customer began to say that we were asking for additional moneies; which was not the case. We are diligent on putting our estimates down in writing with transparent strategies & terms and clear goals with our clients. We are sorry that there seemed to be a misunderstanding, but we feel everything we did was clear, transparent and proactive; but realize that we cannot please everyone, but we will continue to do our best. We stand by our committments and maintain our Ethical business practices.
