Lacy was extremely helpful! I would highly recommend anyone that needs help with their computer to reach out to East Coast Computers.

Windows 10 was doing an update on my computer. When I re-booted the computer, all I got was a black screen. I brought it in to Lacy at East Coast Computers and he performed his magic and got everything back. Very happy.

Lacy was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he was very enthusiastic about helping us build a gaming system for our son. We had no idea what we were doing but he took the time to explain it and even made sure we got the best possible prices.
We will never go elsewhere for our computer needs or service. Our experience could not have been better.

Lacy was so helpful with my daughters laptop. He explains everything to you and is extremely knowledgable . Quick service just kept it the laptop for one day and a reasonable rate. I would recommend East Coast to all my friends. I drove 30 miles and would do it again. Hopefully I will not have to return anytime soon lol :)

Desktop computer was having boot up problems and they helped fixed my issue with ease (computer components weren't installed correctly by myself). They were very friendly and gave informative advice to help me from making a similar mistake in the future. I would recommend their service to anyone needing help.

This is the FIRST five star review I have given to anyone. However, it truly is deserved. I have used East Coast Computers in the past and was very satisfied. No one likes having to take a computer in to get repaired. Technicians at other places tend to talk down to you and treat you like an incompetent person. Not Mr. Lacy Hill at East Coast Computers. He took the time to listen and though I did not necessarily articulate the problem in the best manner possible, he understood what was going on. He provided several options, including several less expensive ones. I will definitely use East Coast Computers over other computer repair places for any future computers issues.

We are Blankets for the Homeless. Our computer broke and they came out to help us get everything back up and running again. We are non-funded so their help was and amazing blessing helping us to help the homeless by fixing our computer so that we can continue to post on our Blankets for the Homeless Hampton Roads face book page to spread the word about homelessness. Ron was so patient, kind, and caring spending hours at our home fixing everything that was wrong. Kindness is not something you always see when you are dealing with a company but this was such a wonderful experience. They have a heart of gold and were so helpful and caring. Thank you East Coast Computers for helping us in such a desperately needed way. There are things you showed us that we didn't even know we could do with our computer. I have used East Coast Computers several times, and I always have a good experience. They are very intelligent, honest, fair, fast, and, everything is explained easily. I highly recommend them.

I went to East Coast to have my laptop's internet connection fixed. In less than an hour, I was back on the net with no problem!

These guys are GREAT!. I come here to get my pc's tuned up etc. Lacy and everyone listen to what your needs are. They offer suggestions for the best solution(s). They are very reasonably priced. I wish all my vendors both personal and professional conducted themselves this way! Thank you!

I recently had my computer fix at East Coast and service was outstanding, Turn around time was extremely short, notified when ready. Took time explain what had been done and how to keep it from happening again. Also offered to train wife. Gave me a print out of what they had done and preventative measures to act as reference. For outstanding service, quality work and outstanding price, East Coast Computers is place to go.

I have been dealing with East Coast Computers since 2013. Most recently my computer crashed, and all I had was a black screen. After troubleshooting I was told I needed a new hard drive. The job was done quickly, and the computer returned in "like new" condition. I was very satisfied with the workmanship, and professionalism of the staff. Not only do you get top service when needed, but they are chock full of friendly advice on how to keep your computer running free of problems. You always leave the store knowing more than before you went in. They have earned my trust and business.

assume help today. i bought a cd drive that did not come with screws.stopped byt and these guys stopped what they were doing to help me out. gave me the screws i was looking for i was trying to pay for them but they would not take any money. thanks Place was clean and well keep. recommend at least they them out.
