I called them on the 4th of July & I have my receipt to prove it. The young man came when he said he would be there, he fixed the leak in my dishwasher & my washing machine. (In less than an hour!)
He was very direct & to the point. I appreciate the service & will recommend to all of my friends & family!

I was promised a call between 8-12 to advise when the tech would be out and not only did the call come in a very timely manner but so did the tech. Taron was "on time" AND was able to resolve AND fix the problem that 2 other plumbing companies could not !! He was very polite and professional, explained what he was doing and had no problem answering what probably sounded like very basic questions which I asked him. I would highly recommend this company to any and all friends / co-workers as I am very pleased with my end result and the fact that after living in my new home for 2 months I can finally wash clothes !! Thank you Drain Masters and thank you Taron. Job very well done !

Absolute horrible service I had a faucet needed to be replaced bc low water pressure and that was all the first time they came out they told me I had to wait for the part so a week later they came back with the the part and after hours couldn't replace the simple faucet
..the plumber left saying he'd have to come back however he left with the defective faucet and left me nothing in its stead ... a few.days later I noticed a rancid smell coming from my living room I'd noticed that water from beneath my sink had leaked into my living room and now my carpet is rotten the plumber had apparently disconnected all the piping beneath the sink and not reconnected it upon his exiting the house nor did he inform anyone of this, needless to say the management was horribly rude and extremely scarily unprofessional and assumed no responsibility for the leaks to my carpet nor have they yet to fix my faucet (the original problem)smh my next step is a lawyer DO NOT GO TO DRAINMASTERS

This is the most stupid plumber/contractor I have ever encountered in my life. He said, I checked everything. There was nothing wrong with it., but I replaced this part anyway! You need to replace your water heater and it will cost you $900. Your home warranty denies it coz there's no mechanical failure!!! Correct, He was a fast talking CROOK!!! Are we crazy to call for service and no hot water for 4 days, and after he replaced a part we have hot water. And he insist that there was nothing wrong, we just have to give him $900 if we want it replaced!!! CROOK to the MAX!!!

Do not use this plumber !!! Mr. Jefferson (claimed to be the owner) came to my house to fix my water heater. I had a home warranty so I figured most of the cost would be covered...NOT according to him I needed all kinds of upgrades and modifications done including a bigger hole cut in my wall because the new water heater has been changed. And my cost was $1000.00 out of my pocket and my warranty co. would only pay for the water heater and installation. Naturally I declined and called Lowes and funny thing is the whole repair was $1400.00 parts and labor and my warranty covered it all.

He was a fast talking CROOK !!

Customer service does not exist with these people. Spend your money with a company that won't treat you like you're inconveniencing them.

I would avoid Drain Masters at all cost.

Their plumber came out, looked at my sink, and said he'd have to do more research on the kind of pipe that was leaking (something you'd think a plumber would already know).

That was the last time I saw him. He just left and no one from his office ever returned my calls over the following weeks. They'd all tell me "Oh we'll look into that and call you right back." No one ever called me. I wasn't rude. I wasn't confrontational. They simply blew me off.

Eventually I gave up and called my insurance company, who made sure to send a different contractor the next time.

If you want a headache, call Drain Masters. If you want your problem fixed, call someone else.
