I always receive great customer service and professionalism here. The owner Red and his assistant Seymour take very good care of me. I have a marketing and pr firm so I put in last minute orders all the time for my clients. No matter how big the job is they squeeze my job in. From business cards, backdrops, stickers, tablecloths, event t-shirts they never fail to not impress me. Your brand is everything in what you represent. Marketing materials are a key essential too. Get your shirts done here if you want BAD QUALITY and no consideration for customer satisfaction. I paid $160 for 4 hoodies (3 adult, 1 child) and a hat before they were even done, I assumed Pembroke's location was just as good as Military Circle's. He said that it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, that was at 7pm. I returned at 8:15pm, they weren't done so I waited patiently for an additional 45 mins. By the time he was done, it was closing time so of course he was in a rush. He put the hoodies and hat in a bag and sent me on my way. When I got home, I pulled them out only to find white hoodies with faded and blurry lettering so I took them back to be fixed the very next day when they opened. It was then that he told me there was nothing he could do and that the letters were faded because my hoodies were white and the blurry letters were because it was a child's size and the only way to fix it is to change the format of the letters. He's the so-called professional, you would think he would have told me that before I paid so it would've been my decision to have f'd up shirts! I've had many shirts done at Design 4 You at Military Circle. They have great customer service and go out of they're way to make the customer happy, don't waste your time going to the Pembroke location.

Put in 3 seperate orders and overall the hoodies and long sleeve shirts are the talk of the school and town. It's eye catching and graphics pop off the neon safety products. We love'em!!!!
