We will never work for this contractor again......it's not worth the headache when it comes to getting paid.!



They are terrible, they don't want to pay for the work done, and fight you tooth and nail when trying to get paid for change orders. The paperwork they send is unorganized and full of spelling errors. No one seems to answer the phones and having to deal with several office locations for one job creates lack of communication between them...the left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing. The contract means nothing to these people.....they dispute the change orders their super signs....and when they finally do pay, it's all lumped in and you are left to try and figure out what goes to what...and the amounts are never correct....again....THE MONEY IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE...YOU SPEND MORE ON ADMIN TRYING TO GET YOU PAID!!
