Found a deal on Amazon local for chimney cleaning, paid the 59.99 for the deal, called and set up my appointment. On day of appointment they where a no show. I tried calling several times with no success. Finally hours later I received a phone call starting that they forgot to call me to tell me about the cancellation, and gave me several excuses and wanted to reset up the appointment for almost 2 weeks later. I replied that that I needed it done sooner. I told him that I was going to get a refund from Amazon. He said that he was going to call then and tell them not to refund my money ect. Needless to say I have my refund and found another chimney company to promptly come clean my chimney. My advice is to go with a company that delivers the product they are selling, that is not rude, has better customer service, and has a money back guarantee.

These guys were phenomenal! They had great customer service, came quickly to my house (from my phone call to finished job - 1 hr. 45 min.), cleaned the gutters at a great price, and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely call them again.

This is a great company and they did an excellent job. They are very dependable, honest and reliable. I would recommend them highly to anyone.
