Excellent and caring customer service. I called him a million times for help with paperwork and even directions. He answered everytime in the same professional tone and walked me through the entire process of getting my significant other out of jail. He never got frustrated with me at all, I never seen such impeccable patience. If you ever get in a bind in hot ass VA beach have your family/friends call. He understands your situation and does not treat you like other people do in the judicial system. Only go to him!!
