Horrible customer service! Came over yelling at my wife and i in front of our three small children. Wouldnt do their job unless they were paid first, before the job was done. Almost had to call the police when he (the owner) threated to spray us. They will make you pay whether you move or not also.

My issue was a huge unknown spider that met me face to face at 830pm. Called a few places only to get answering machines. Came across Bug Master's number expecting the same thing. Only Jon answered! Told me not to worry he would be here first thing in the morning to check things out for me. He was here first thing, he was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He didn't even let my, not so easy to get along with 4yr old, throw him for a loop. After going over everything in detail I signed up for annual termite and pest control. He gave me peace of mind that my children and I will be safe! I will be recommending him to my friends and family. Thank you Jon Tari

Unprofessional and late. The owner called me a half an hour before our appointment because he had just woke up. Told me what time frame he would be there and then still showed up late from that point. We paid cash and he sent me a TEXT confirming the payment, and I never received the report which he told me I would get on Monday... It is now Friday and I doubt I will ever see it. He also used some crazy excuses as to why he could not get me the report yet, and even if they are true that's not my problem that a business owner cannot meet his own deadlines or promises. Lastly, a guy who does termite and pest services should not advertise after he does a termite inspection that he also does repair work on damaged houses. That right there tells me you are not giving your customers a fair inspection because you want to make more money for yourself. This little guy (the owner) will talk over you and I have a feeling he has never heard of the phrase "the customer is always right".

The owner Jon was very honest and up front about everything. He took his time and went over all my concerns. Finally there is a local company that gets it and is honest. The price are very reasonable and I will carry the Bug-Master flag to all my friends and family.
