BEWARE!!!! CUSTOMERS OR ANYONE THINKING OF BECOMING AN EMPLOYEE*-* Their business is based on LIES!!!! All they want is to make a $ & don't care how they do it!!! Bah hum bug even steals from employees*-as long as you're not owners so-called vice president!!! Its a joke*- a BAD one!! If you think I'm joking let's see how long company survives!!! As a customer*-* GET SECOND OPINION*-* VERY WORTH IT & IF YOU'RE THINKING OF WORKING FOR THEM EXPECT TO DO ALL LABOR- 6 DAYS A WEEK WITH A PAY CHECK THAT A 16 YR OLD KID MAKES AT PART TIME FUN JOB!! A BUNCH OF PROMISES-"LIES!!!" BELIEVE WHAT U WANT BUT U WILL SEE!!! WORST PLACE EVER! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING ANY DOLLAR AT ANY COST JUST TO STAY IN BUSINESS A LITTLE LONGER!!! THIS ISN'T EVEN A HOBBY*-* BUT A DREAM THAT HAS FAILED!!! SEE YA WHEN THIS PLACE CLOSES!!! BEWARE!!

I loved these guys to begin with. They were nice and friendly, clean and seemed very trustworthy. We used them for four years and kept our Termite/Moisture inspections up to date with them every single year. Every year they told us we had no termites and our crawl space looked great. We had our last inspection from them 5mos ago and received the thumbs up again.



We were selling our 5yr old house and needed a certificate from them that there were no termites/moisture. I thought this was a no brainer because they were the ones telling us for FOUR years that we had no problems. But when they did their inspection for us to be able to sell our house, they told us we needed $3,200 in repairs to seal up our crawl space and install a dehumidifier or they wouldn't sign the certificate. I asked them how it had been fine 5mos ago and for four years and now it was a problem and he said that since it was summer, there was more moisture in our crawl space and the duct work had more condensation on it. I was shown no pictures of any fungi or the moisture readings. Additionally, the technician said 'Don't worry about the cost, it will just come out of your settlement/closing fees, you won't even see it'.



I had liked these guys so much in the past that it was unfathomable to me that they might be trying to screw me over. I crawled around the crawl space and didn't see any wood rot, I saw a little fungi but it is August and we live at the beach. My House builder Dad and Brother told me that was normal. And obviously this fungi wasn't a threat when they had inspected the crawl space for the past four years!!



But at the smart requests of my realtors and family, I got a second opinion. And as suspected, it was all fine. Moisture levels were higher since we live at the beach but still acceptable, the fungi was not a wood destroying fungi, and we received our certificate.



It hurts my heart to write a bad review about these guys because I truly liked them as people and I actually really trusted them. But I'm sorely disappointed in them.

This company has been great --ridding us of bugs, rodents ect. It has been wonderful working with them. We have had them under contract now for the 2nd year and wouldn't change for anything!!

Beware consumers!!!!! RIPOFF

Owner wants to charge for services not performed. We posponed a contract visit for the second quarter and paid as promised, Bah-Hum-Bug says that "service performed in June (2nd qtr) was actually for the (3rd qtr) July because the chemicals break-down in July". Now they are charging us for the 3rd qtr. $85, but for no service in the 3rd qtr.

Now they are sending us to collections for $85...............UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! I said I will happily pay $85 is you perform service 3rd qtr. But they will not perform service and very rude and unmoving about it all.

Very rude and obnoxious A/R person. Will never, EVER use them again. Its not the $85 its the Principle!!!!!
