We had came home from our vacation and a family friend was to have picked us up at the airport as planned. We waited for about 30 minutes for him and since he didn't show up, we figured something had come up. We caught this companies cab and as we were leaving the airport, we saw our friend arriving. We told the driver and ask him to take us back to the airport (Which wasn't more than 4-5 blocks away). At this point he became livid, jammed on the gas petal and swerved around the corner to go back. He complained bitterly about losing his place in line, etc. We gave him $10 for his trouble and they let him back in the front of the line. Whenever we return home now, I'll pass up this cab company even though they may be 1st in line.
