Provided by YP.comCompany does not gaurentee there work! After purchasing my home, I moved into the guest room until my new furniture arrived. I noticed that the window did not close and there was paper towels shoved in the window. Upon calling Richard back he agreed to come out and look at it. Upon looking at it he stated that the previous owner could have placed that there before he left or I could have done so. Looking at the window and the paper-there is no way that me or the previous owner could have done that-the paper is old, falling apart and nasty. I do not recommend his services unless you want to be unsatisified and ripped off.
I did go back to check and see what the problem with the window was. It was a minor issue that was not present when I did the initial inspection which was 2 1/2 months previously. At no time did I infer that he put the paper in the track. I did say it looked like someone put the paper in the window to keep it from locking. I began to let him know that the problem was minor and could be corrected, but before I could finish, He began yelling and would not let me explain how to remedy the situation. To keep the situation from getting out of perspective, I left the premisis. I could have taken care of the problem in a short time, but was not given the chance. I am very sorry that this Gentleman wanted to make such a small problem into such a big problem that he had to yell and carry on as such, that he could not listen to how to remedy the situation. I stand by any inspection I do, and did try to remedy the problem but was not given the chance. I am sorry he feels this way, but a small amount of paper in the window track did not seem to me to be a situation to get so upset over.
