I when to this shop to buy a rc rock crawler (the night crawler 2.0 it didn't work out of the box and hobbytown would not let me return it. They said I have to wait for them to get the manufacturer to warrant the bad parts. Well the fact it I bought the rc to use it not wait a week to hear from the manufacturer. So hobbytown has 360 of my dollars and I have no rc. If you are looking to buy a rc that's broken out of the box, and want to get no help or customer service then I would say hobbytown is the place to go

Very uninformed on their RC's. Also the way they stock parts and accessories does not make any sense. The current staff other then Dean need some serious training. Make sure you ask more then one person if they say that they don't have something in stock. I have found if you keep asking the same question to each person working there allot of the time someone will find it. ALSO DO NOT BUY ANY RC'S ESPECIALLY AIRCRAFT MAINLY DRONES WITHOUT CHECKING ONLINE FOR KNOWN ISSUES AND ASK THEM AT THE STORE. REMEMBER IF YOU BUY A RC AND YOU TAKE IT OUT OF THE BOX, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND IT HAS ISSUES AND IT CRASHES BECAUSE OF A KNOWN ISSUE ITS GOING TO COST YOU $$$

I have bought 4 ROC products here. Sean the manager is extremely rude arrogant and uninformed about the products he is selling. Do not go here. Try Debbie's first.
