Love their service BUT they close at 4:00pm not 5:00pm. Called at 4:03 to pay bill - they were closed. Very serious about their closing time. But have been with their service for many years. They always try to accommodate customer needs. Even rented a dumpster once! Great service. Just don't call after 4!!

I just called because my trash hadn't been picked up yet and found out that I had actually missed the cutoff time by 10 minutes (we put our trash out early in the morning instead of the night before.) The woman I spoke to on the phone was SO helpful and nice - she let me know that they would swing back by to pick up the trash, even though it was my fault. Excellent customer service, I am very pleased!

I love Flowers! They are always willing to help if you have any issues. I am huge into recycling and they are always willing to pick up extra recyclables (or trash) if needed.

The website to make the payment does not work properly. As soon as I received my email invoice, I tried to make a payment online. It took several attempts to get the website to take my payment. Then the 1st of the next month, they didn't pick up my trash. I called to find out why, and they said they had not received my payment. The lady on the phone said that if you don't wait 15 minutes between each try to pay, it would not accept the payment. Even though online it said it did. We mailed the payment instead of using the website. The following week, no trash service again. They had not processed the payment yet. So 2 weeks with no trash service. The first of this month I received my invoice asking for full payment. I called and talked to Shelly on the phone. I explained what had happened and advised they would have to credit my account for the 2 weeks of no trash pick up. She said that this one time she would credit my account for those 2 weeks, and proceeded to chastise me of how I need to make my payments on time in the future. I tried to again explain how I tried to pay 3 weeks before the end of the month. Well on time. Shelly just kept getting louder and louder on the phone and kept repeating that I need to pay my bills on time. I hung up! I called back a few minutes later and asked for her boss. I advised that I refuse to be talked to like she was doing. Shelly said she is the boss. I asked if she owned the company and she said she was the office manager, and that she is the boss. I asked again if she owned the company, this time she said yes, she is the owner. She refused to give her bosses name, and again started chastising me about how I need to make sure I make my payments on time in the future. I hung up, and thus this review.

Worst customer service ever! Do not use this company, whatever you do. The owner is an a$$hole, and will scream and behave worse than my two year old baby when he doesn't get what he wants.

They did not pick up my trash for 3 weeks. When I called to complain, they said I was lying and they really did pick it up. Also, they refused to refund me or pick up my extra trash. Flowers Sanitation has terrible customer service and they were very rude. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
