I was at my wit's end. A squirrel had set up housekeeping in my attic. On Friday afternoon I came home to find he had started chewing through the ceiling! I called Top Notch and spoke with David. He took my number and told me someone would be in touch within an hour. The someone was Gary. He got all my information and gave a time when he would be here. Imagine my surprise when he and Shane showed up ON TIME! They walked around the entire house, assessed the situation and gave me a price I could live with. In less than 2 hours they had set 2 traps, covered my attic vents with wire mesh, patched 4 holes in the eaves with metal and replaced a roof vent that was rusted out! These guys rock. I will never call anyone else, and I would recommend Top Notch to anyone who has critter problems!

As Determined as the Rats Over a year ago the rats showed themselves. We called Arrow and they came out and charged us quite a bit of money to seal the house and set traps. Each week they came to clean and re-set the traps, but the critters were not getting in the traps. Once the weather warmed up all signs of the rats seemed to have disappeared. As the fall approached the critters came back. Arrow came back and found many, many openings that they missed the first go around. The problem still was not solved and we were told that we had a "problem house."



I called Top-Notch Animal Control who came out and found even more openings missed openings in the house as well some bushes close to our house the had been serving as a nice habitat. The one thing I can say about Shane is he is as persistent as the critters. For Shane this is an all out war that he is determined to win.



When you want/need some determined critters out of your house, I would recommend seeking a service that is as determined as the critters to fight the battle, and if you are in this area - I definitely recommend Shane at "Top-Notch Animal Control."

I've known Shane for about four years. He has been in the business more than 20 years. He is very knowlegeable about

animal tracks and can tell you about what kind of animal that is bothering you if you don't know already. I've seen him in action a couple of times and am amazed about how he knows how the animals got in and the best way to trap them. He also is a super nice guy who I trust to do the right thing.

The service of Top Notch was great i have tried some of the others in the past but they were all talk .Top Notch Animal Control delivered great price super good work and they still check on me too see if all is well you just don't get that with the big companies thanks you guys we are Now RAT FREE. Wow had critters in the attic and thanks to the guys at Top Notch they are gone Shane explained everything in a manner i could understand none of that try to hard sell you just simple explanation of the job after four others i chose him thanks for a great and smooth job..
