If I could, I would give this business a negative rating. I spoke with a lady over the phone to establish a first consultation apprx. 7 days ago, she also stated she would send me an email which I never rec'd. She then followed up with a reminder call, which i had to cancel (since I totally forgot about the meeting since my confirmation email was never rec'd). When I advised that I wanted to cancel the same lady advised me there would be a $35 fee. I told her that wasnt fair, and that I did not see any of this in writing because no email (in inbox or spam) was ever rec'd. Eventually it became a shouting match and I then hung up the phone. I would never recommend these people!!! Very unprofessional and do not advise of there cancellation fees during the appt scheduling.
