My first visit and my last! You get what you pay for. I should've known better. I asked about military discounts and another lady came and stated they give it to men who come in with their uniform. I guess since I am a woman and didn't come in uniform I don't qualify. She didn't ask to see my military ID either. So I said fine I will still go ahead and get the service. For the price I should've received a shampoo and cut. My stylist asked what I wanted. I asked simply for a trim. She didn't ask how much she just started cutting. She also took a hair brush out of her drawer that didn't appear to be sanitized. My hair cut lasted all of 3 minutes and she was done. Didn't wash, didn't make any conversation. Very cold. The other clients and stylists had warm conversations. She walked me to the register and told me the price. I thought that since she didn't wash it maybe it would be cheaper. But no the same price. I asked about it and she didn't have any explanation. She didn't offer to wash it. It is my first and last visit. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this Famous Hair. I called customer service to express my concerns and they stated that a Regional Manager would call me and I have yet to receive a call.
