Night before Thanksgiving doing some holiday shopping, and Christina was not very friendly at the check-out counter. She seemed prejudice. Maybe because it’s a predominately white neighborhood, they are not used to seeing many Hispanics shoppers or seem to think we’re all crooks.

I was trying to show her something on a tool set I purchased by pointing at it and she rudely pushed my hand out of the way, not necessary and uncalled for.

When I called to speak to the manager in charge (Mike) he was also rude and condescending. Very poor customer service. I will call the owners and see if he/she think it’s okay to treat their customer’s this way, but if not, then I guess I will not be spending any more of my hard earned money there.

If you’re not white, try a different store. The one in Addison seems to be a lot bigger and their staff is friendly and helpful no matter what race or ethnicity you are.
