Best car buying exprience that I ever had. I am 47 years old and have purchased a lot of cars. Due to some financial issues recently my credit had fallen down a little. So I see a car on Autotrader.com that said "We Finance Any One" or something like that. So I called and the salesmen Joe Regan explained my options over the phone. I felt I could work with the terms he offered. So I went to see Joe the next day. SUre enough he obtained financing for me right there same day. I did have to make another trip out a few days later to resign a few things, but overall very happy. See Joe Regan if you go there, really a nice guy.

Great over all service. Large clean dealership. great customer lounge with free coffee and more. My car was just what i wanted and needed. Recieved a great price and easy finacing terms. Would come back again. They had a large selection of well priced cars and little suv's Thanks to Todd and his team.

When we arrived at the dealership after seeing a car on Autotrader, we where greeted by Bob Thom. He showed us the car we had come into to see. We where offered a test drive which we did, and fell in love with the truck. After reaaching agrred to price we where in and out within an hour. No high pressure sales tatics, very large and clean dealership. Showroom was inviting and spacious.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CARMART USA. The car salesman Joe Regan was the most unruling and rude person we have ever came across. The finance manager Erik,refused to take our calls because we had purchased an 03 F350 black ford lariat and when we got it home the alternator,front u-joints,the knuckles,fuel pump,battery and electrical all went out in it. STAY AWAY FROM THAT CAR!!!!! We called them on the problem and they reufused to fix it and had sold us a phony vehicle warrenty. The warrenty company called us and said they can not cover this type of truck. So further more we returned it and got our money back,but Erik the finance manager never sent the cancelled loan docs. to the finance co. and they are looking for the truck now and it sits in Carmart USA's lot in Villa Park. So please stay away from this place.

Over all I was happy with my purchase from CarMart USA. The only minor complaint is I could have used some more gas. I dealt with Jesse and the owner Todd. Both were very helpful. I did not have much a bugjet, but was able to find a car that suited me fine. Was not my first choice but I am still happy with what I drove home in.

Over all it was a pleasent shopping exprience.
