Very thorough exam! Extremely friendly staff and Dr. Neff was great. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

I feel this doctors office is incompetent. First my daughter was having a hard time seeing with her new glasses. They did her eye exam again and came to the conclusion she needed to see a specialist but that in the meantime they would order her a different set of lenses. Well the specialist couldn't find anything wrong. After she got her new lenses she could see just fine. The first set of lenses didn't have the right prescription for astigmatism. Had the first lenses been right we could have saved a lot of money for the specialist because my insurance wouldn't cover it since there was nothing wrong and she had already had an eye exam that was paid for. Second. I was prescribed bifocals over a year ago. I do a lot of work on the computer. And with the bifocals my eyes would get tired. After seeing a different eye doctor at a different office, I was told I didn't need bifocals and that my bifocals were probably staring my eyes even more.

Highly recommended. I had a bad eye infection, MedExpress next door sent me to him. Dr Ritchie is great. He is compassionate, too. He showed true concern for my eye and even gave me his cell phone number to call if it got worse. Dr Ritchie and Dr Showalter are now our eye care professionals. They make you feel like family.

I have never been disappointed here. They do their best to honor your appointment time to minimize waiting. This is what I appreciate the most. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I would never go anywhere else!
