Last week i went to buy few things from Shiraz Market. When i got home i noticed they have charged me 20$ more for an item that i never bought. I called the store and the cashier agreed to refund the money but asked me to come back to store that day since she could not refund me over the phone.



When i went back to store they refused to give my money back although they acknowledged they charged me for an item i never bought and also they were very rude and pretending to be busy.
