I went to Dahn Yoga on their Saturday open session class (11-12 p.m). Upon arriving, I was greeted with a friendly staff and the place looked so clean and nice. The instructor was very friendly and calm, and I enjoyed having her as my instructor. She was patient with others who were beginners and was happy to help whenever someone struggled. I was honestly pleased with this Yoga facility and definitely plan on returning there as well! I would recommend Dahn yoga to anyone interested in trying yoga!
