Discovered a nail stuck in our tire when we stopped for gas in Vienna. We were directed over to Heartland Ag and they had us back on the road in less than half an hour. Great service, very friendly folks, and fair prices. Thanks again!

My dad was in an accident and this was over Labor Day weekend they towed my dads van and since it was a holiday we assumed they where closed and we were also at the hospital so we didn't get there until Tuesday
They then told my dad he couldn't get anything out or look at his van until the tow bill was paid
He told them that the disabled beteen tag needed to be taken off the refused and charged him an impound fee of 400 plus another 200 for the tow
WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMEND !!!!!!!!!!!

While traveling on the eve of Thanksgiving from northern Illinois to Nashville, TN our car broke down. AAA hooked us up with Heartland Towing. What a pleasure doing business with these people. Mike came and picked us up (in the middle of retiling his home bathroom!), took us to their repair shop, and kindly allowed us to hang out on the premises until 1:00 a.m., when our son and daughter-in-law could come and rescue us. We appreciated their extreme patience while we tried for 2 weeks to arrange transport for our car to be returned up to northern Illinois. While we know that cars are their business, the personal and caring way they went about it was much appreciated. Thank you. Mark and Marla Cherry.
