Panchos is THE place in the high desert for authentic Mexican and Salvadorean food! And they have the best live entertainment on Friday nights with TRIO LOS AZULADO. That band is the BEST we have heard! We travel from down the hill just to hear them. The staff is friendly...the food is always delicious...and the margaritas are tasty. And if I could give that Trio ten stars--I would! WE alwyas have a great time at Panchos...and we even hired the trio to play at our home for a birthday celebration. They are the nicest people and extremely talented. Try them---you will fall in love with Panchos and the TRIO.
