I had a cord of Avocado firewood delievered Saturday Dec. 7th. It was well short of being a full cord and at least minimum of what I did get was garbage, basically sticks, a waste of time and money! I emailed them complete with pictures and never even heard back from them. Save yourself a lot of trouble and money by getting your firewood elsewhere so you don't get ripped off!!!

do NOT use their landscaping services unless your property is already properly drained. They'll good sidewalks if you don't mind cement left on side of your house and big concrete handprints left on your stucco at eye level.



If you choose their services do NOT pay in full. Work out payments so Mark is sure to return your phone calls of a flooded backyard going algae and insect larvae from standing water in your yard from poor drainage after their services.



The stacking block retaining wall and palm trees are good and I'm very satisfied with.



If you do choose their landscaping services take pictures during their SO-CALLED 1 YEAR WARRANTY. And KEEP A THOROUGH PHONE LOG. I did and after 3 months of calling Mark LaBeauf he finally came back out to my property to see the damage of flooding water.

Mark and his crew came to my house on a Monday and I had a very sad looking back and front yard. By wednesday it was transformed into a paradise. The person who gave them a bad rating is obviously one of those people that is impossible to please!!!

I definitely would not recommend Mark and Nelleys for landscaping. They installed a drip system that leaked and didn't even inform us the fact until we saw it for ourselves. Then they said they'd fix it and never came back. They were to set rocks in concrete for us and instead of it looking like rock sitting in concrete, it looks like rocks completely covered in concrete so much that the rock cannot be seen because there is so much concrete covering the rock. Mark told my husband that the rock just needed to come back to its original color. My husband has had to spray acid on the rock and literally scrape off all of the concrete from the rock. This is going to take a long time. They planted the plants very close to the surface so that on the sloped land, the water flows down instead of going into the plants. My husband had to dig out the plants and plant them correctly so that the water would actually be absorbed instead of just flowing down the slope.
