Horrible had in booked in advance knowing there was a chance of rain bouncer and tables and chairs they called Friday to confirm but when it came to Sunday day of party no call my husband called at 11 when party starts at 12 and was told they wont give us bouncer due to rain and couldn't get us tables and chairs since they didn't want to drive in rain. Thanks for not calling to let us know so I could get table from somewhere else all had to sit on couch and floor and had to run out and buy party games to entertain all kids. A call was all I wanted no courtesy for any one else. I will be sure to make sure no one else uses them. THEY SUCK

My kids love the water slide and I loved the price I will be using this company for all my family parties the driver was awesome my party was on Saturday they deliver that Friday and picked up Sunday we have lots of parties and you will be hearing from us soon

Kool Jumpers has always been awesome! they drop everything off on time and pick everything up on time or even the next day.



I rented from them several other times in the past! Their jumpers are super clean, staff is really nice and they always gave a receipt (not all jumper rental people give receipts). I never had any problems with them..everything I rented from them always been super clean..I mean..tables, chairs, jumpers and the snow cone machine..we are very observant people when it comes to things we rent especially cleanliness. This is one one the reasons why I always come back to Kool Jumpers..second reason.. they always give some sort of good deal when you rent from them!

you ruined my sons birthday party. we waited all day for you and you never showed up. we have alot of parties and we will never call you.

Thank you, my kids had a great time, love the service from the person that answers the phone to the driver, loved that the combo jumper was very clean. It was also delivered on time. I will used kool jumpers again.
