The doctors and nurses in the emergency room at this hospital are 100% responsible for my grandmothers death. She went in after a mini stroke and was NOT monitored or watched after for several hours. In that time she had suffered a massive stroke and was left alone until a nurse found her unresponsive. They then waited at least an hour (3:30 am) to contact my grandfather for permission to air lift her to Loma Linda Hospital. The doctor is now REFUSING to sign and release the medical records that we need. The medical records from Loma Linda Hospital state that the CRITICAL care she NEEDED was NOT provided by Desert Valley.

Went to the ER with my son with chest pain and an EKG from his Dr telling me to take him to the ER. Got there at 4 pm and didn't talk to the Dr. Silva until 3 am. Worst experience ever!! I felt bad for the nurses there because they get the attitude from the patient due to the Drs slacking off. This Hospital is just as bad as Victor Valley. Never again the only good thing this hospital has is Dr. Sanadiki in the urgent care dept. At the end of it all the Dr. couldn't really tell me if my son had a condition or not because he didn't run the right test. Pathetic.

Dr. "Raj" is a highly thorough, efficient doctor who is also very thoughtful and kind. I very highly recommed her

I also had a simular experience with the same doctor. I was NOT told the hospital does not give epidurals during child birth. I found out two weeks before my due date by another patient in the waiting room. I asked her about it and she said that they give a medication through an IV that is the same as an epidural. What a joke, there is no medicine that works like an epidural. Not even close.

My baby's umbilical cord was also around her neck and this was a big concern for me. The doctors response was "Its in Gods hands. God takes some (babies), and gives some." Impling that God could take my baby during birth and theres nothing to do about it. I will never go to this hospital to have another child!!!!

had a horrible experience here with dr zand never listened to me or my concerns my due date was sooner then what she said I told her my ultra sound said a different day and my previous doctor had gave me an ealier date as well but doctor zand said she want to change my date when my baby was born he had his unbilical cord wrapped around his neck and then to top it off my placenta didnt want to come out so the doctor with out tell me suck her hand in me pulling out my placenta i was not on any medication so i felt everything i told her to stop severial of time as well as my mom but she kept on it was more painful then delievery until servial times of yelling at her i told her you need to stop and take me to suergry the only doctor i recommend there is dr mcdaniel he is so nice and gentle but dr zand scared the life out of me when she did that and was in shock for a long time.

I went to this hospital to deliver my baby. I went into distress and this hospital responeded immediatly. They saved me and my baby's life.
